Equestrian events: what is decided in 2026, and what is still to come.

These pages cover the competitions of the FEI disciplines: the Olympics and Paralympics, the FEI World Championships, the World Cup and Nations Cup series, the eventing five-stars and the endurance championship. Every result carries its year and the source that reported it, and where something has not happened yet we say so and name no winner.

The FEI's own results and news pages refused our research requests, so no result here was read on an FEI page. FEI headlines appear only where search results showed them, labelled as such, and each result is taken from an organiser, a national federation or the equestrian press. Where a result rests only on Wikipedia, the page says so. Where sources disagree on a date, a score or a title count, we give each version and who reports it. Reining is not covered: it stopped being an FEI discipline in November 2021, as the FEI page explains.

Still to come or under way

  • Les 5 Etoiles de Pau, France, scheduled for 22 to 25 October 2026: the last of the seven five-stars to run in 2026; no result is given here (JDS listing).
  • Australian International 3 Day Event, Rymill Park, Adelaide, 13 to 15 November 2026. This is not the Adelaide five-star, which ran in April. Its organiser describes CCI and national-level classes and does not claim five-star status, while an Experience Adelaide tourism page, seen in search, still calls it five-star.
  • FEI presidential election, scheduled for 5 December 2026 at the FEI General Assembly in Jiangyin, China, per the Chronicle of the Horse (15 June 2026), with three candidates: Mark Samuel, Sabrina Ibanez and Jack Huang. Eurodressage (16 June 2026) has one passage saying November and a quote saying December. It has not been held.
  • FEI Endurance World Championship, Butheeb International Endurance Village near Abu Dhabi, 14 to 20 December 2026, after the original host, AlUla, withdrew (Your Horse, 6 August 2026). No result yet.
  • Los Angeles 2028: the Olympic equestrian events are provisionally set for 14 to 29 July 2028 at Santa Anita Park (Horse Sport, 2025).

In progress

The 2026-27 FEI Jumping World Cup opened in Oslo on 7 to 11 October 2026 and the Dressage World Cup in Herning on 15 to 18 October 2026, with the Finals in Gothenburg in March 2027 (Gothenburg Horse Show). There are standings but no champions.
